but is all these enough to make Jesus stands up and say "this is my boy/girl, whom I love; with him/her I am well pleased"?

It is not by what you did in the eyes of the people but what you did in the eyes of the Lord.
Our Lord will be pleased with us if we have a heart genuine to Him and really loves Him. He's not looking at how we impress other people with our big actions.
Besides, we are closest to Him when we pray and talk in our secret place with Him and He is pleased with that and when we do that, it's only between us and the Lord. =)
