A Note Noesty Notetah to Chu Chuba

hello people,
decided to blog and maybe update you people about what's going on so far. Well, the truth is, I miss you all super much... but I am stuck at my prison home doing my XXXXXX responciblities (see! i try to keep my qigebage family informed and at the same time, be politically correct). And sorry Bear, I still refuse to heed your Aiyah-screw-it-all advice cause I am a nice guy afterall and is too nice to do stuff like that (except the occasional crazy 'angsty' moments). Anyways, I'm kinda packed lately cause I'm trying to rush everything out so I can break out from this sian-gee-pee thingy and faster paaartay with all of you chaps during youth camp! Sorry for rejecting all of your invites to go out or anything, I'm obligated to object. But, continue to invite me anyways, it makes me feel wanted, remembered and rockstar-ish.

Hahaha, I do my best to have it all finished as soon as possible! Till then, my MovieGang, don't you dare watch DeathNote TWO without me!!! And btw, JoannaHeng, you got me addicted to Chocolate Milk Tea.

Oh yea, while writing this entry, I recieved my NS letter.
I'm going in on the 16 December. That's on a Staurday, I think 9am.

Undignified!!

QiGeBaGe: Adam&Eve

Adam and Eve fell as a betrothed couple. Therefore, restoration cannot be done by one person alone; salvation cannot be completed by a man alone. Neither can a woman go to heaven alone. Therefore, a man and a woman together must solve the problem.

---

All the way Adam&Eve! I have seen all of you toil your days and nights in your moving, grooving and worshipping... It is truly heart warming to see how excited all of you sacrifice your time and energy to the addification of the Kingdom. I understand that this dance is publicised as a competition, but I feel that we have already won. All of your hearts are united as one and the goal is similar - to worship God with pure hearts, and love one and another: the time you all spend with one another, the bonds and love shared whilst worshipping God together, and building of sisterhoods... etc etc - is truly a prize that can never be won in a competition.

I have seen you encourage one andother, pick each other up, help each other in the moves, searching of costumes, praying for one another, crying for one another... Very touching, very drama, but also, very human. I'm sure Father Jesus sees your passion and He really appreiciates all of you.

But lets work harder and love each other more, encourage more and worship God more. For the Kingdom of God! Yeah! QiGeBaGe, worshipping dancers and prayer warriors, all the way! :) Come on let's go! Like Hilda said, "Go! Go! Go!"

A SIMPLE ThankYou! To You

To all those that have already signed up for the BBQ, a SIMPLE ThankYou! for your responce! And those who have spilled out their hard-earned money and donated, we just want to say a SIMPLE ThankYou! to you too! Region D QiGeBaGe have made this BBQ thingy real light-hearted and exciting. Sign-ups have already ended, but if you are still interested in joining us, fill free to call me, shawn, or any of the committee members (gladys, samuel H., joanna wong, mathieu, joanna H.) and we'll work something out. You can also call if you have any enquries or if you have any hot gossips for us.

If you don't know how to come to Seasons Park, please meet at Yio Chu Kang MRT at 5:30pm and we will be sending some helpers to pick you up. By any chance, you don't see anyone, just keep your ears open. Region D is after all a 'hear us' first before 'see us' region. :)

Till then, do keep the BBQ in prayer, that Jesus will do what He did with the 5 loaves and 2 fish and make our BBQ food last and last and last until we are full and fat. Do also keep our Region D dancers (Adam & Eve) in prayer as this is the last week of practice. The dancers need prayers specifically in multiplying our time, God speaking to our hearts and bring our spirits first, then dance movements as ONE. You might not be in the dance, but pray anyway, cause... Remember, QIGEBAGE IS ONE FOR GOD!!

So the Time&Venue again for the BBQ:
Wednesday, 22 November '06
5:30pm, Seasons Park (YCK)

Facts abt eating fruits

We all think eating fruits means

simply buying fruit, cutting it and

just popping it into our mouths.

You will benefit much more

if you know how and when to eat.

Eat Fresh Fruits

Fruits should be taken

in an empty stomach…

not as dessert after the meal

as is often done.

If you eat fruit like that, it will also serve

a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy

for weight loss and other life activities.

Correct Way of Eating Fruits

Let's say you eat two slices of bread

and then a slice of fruit.

As fruit digests faster than bread,

the slice of fruit digests quickly

and is ready to go straight through

the stomach into the intestines,

but its passage is blocked by the bread which takes longer to digest…

Fruit is the Most Important Food

…In the meantime the whole meal ferments and turns to acid.

Consequently, when the fruit comes

into contact with the food

in the stomach and digestive juices,

the entire mass of food begins

to spoil.

So it is better to eat your fruits in an empty stomach or

before your meals !

You have heard people complaining –

every time I eat water-melon I burp,

when I eat durian my stomach bloats up,

when I eat banana

I feel like running to the toilet etc –

actually all this will not arise if you eat

the fruit in an empty stomach.

The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat !

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst,

dark circles under the eyes

all these will not happen if

you take fruits in an empty stomach.

It is incorrectly presumed that some fruits

like orange and lemon are acidic and will enhance acidity in the stomach.

Research however shows

that all fruits become alkaline

in our body.

When you need to drink fruit juice –

drink only fresh fruit juice,

NOT from the cans.

Don't drink juice that has been heated up.

Don't eat cooked fruits because

you don't get the nutrients at all.

You only get to taste.

So stop making 'durian porridge'

if you want nutrients.

Cooking fruit destroys all the vitamins.

If you should drink the juice,

drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly,

because you must let it mix

with your saliva before swallowing it.

Eating the pulp or whole fruit

is far better than drinking the juice

as the fibre is good for you.

A 3-day “fruit fast” is

a very simple and effective way

to cleanse and de-toxify your body.

Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and

you will be surprised when your friends

tell you how radiant you look !

During the “fruit fast” you can eat different fruits at different times, although occasionally mixed fruit salad would

also be permissible and more interesting.

If you have mastered

the correct way of eating fruits,

you have the secret of beauty,

longevity, health, energy,

happiness and normal weight.

" I wanna depends solely on Jesus!!"- Random tots..

oh well, i have just finish all my presentations for my entire uni days.. counting down to 2 Dec, every second of it. Because i know thats the day i finish my entire degree.. i just cant wait . CANNOT WAIT!! When u see me at edge on 2 Dec.. i will be smilling so so wide.. MUHAHAHAHA.. no more smuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!

Johnson just finish his O levels today.. making me super super jealous.. haha.. but as i reflected back on the 3.5 years in uni, its a miracle i survived. Its like God taking my hand and walking me one step at a time. How great isit when i just solely depend on him and things just happened. On the other hand, when i stuggle to make things on my own strength, things just crumble.

I am thankful for everything. Everything, sweet Jesus!

" I wanna depends solely on Jesus!!"

-me thinks out aloud-

PS: remember to pray at 8pm..
hahaa

dancing with god

dancing with god

when i meditated on the word guidance,

i kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word.

i remember reading that doing god's will is a lot like dancing.

when two people try to lead, nothing feels right.

the movement doesn't flow with the music,

and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky.

when one person realizes that, and lets the other lead,

both bodies begin to flow with the music.

one gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back

or by pressing lightly in one direction or another.

it's as if two become one body, moving beautifully.

the dance takes surrender, willingness,

and attentiveness from one person

and gentle guidance and skill from the other.

my eyes drew back to the word guidance.

when i saw "g: i thought of god, followed by "u" and "i".

"god, "u" and "i" dance."

god, you, and i dance.

as i lowered my head, i became willing to trust

that i would get guidance about my life.

once again, i became willing to let god lead.

my prayer for you today is that god's blessings

and mercies be upon you on this day and everyday.

may you abide in god as god abides in you.

dance together with god, trusting god to lead

and to guide you through each season of your life.

this prayer is powerful and there is nothing attached.

if god has done anything for you in your life,

please share this message with someone else,

for prayer is one of the best gifts we can receive.

there is no cost but lots of rewards;

so let's continue to pray for one another.

and i hope you dance.

...let us not walk off the path (again) - be always assured and hopeful as the big one up there is watching over us and everything will be alright - great or small.

Let There Be Love

Hey Everybody! Come On Let's Go!

You stood before my failure
Carried the Cross for my shame
My sin weighed upon Your shoulders
My soul now to stand

So what can I say
What can I do
But offer this heart O God
Completely to You

I don't know people, I just feel this conviction to express my heartfelt feelings here on this blog. Region D, I love you all people with all my heart and soul and body and farts and everything (whole package). I'm really happy Jesus spoke to me and encouraged me to come to this region (about 5years ago), in Region D, I met the most interesting characters and seen so many living, walking testimonies.

Well I know sometimes we still annoy one and another but nothing beats the fact that our lives are much much better than before, because We Are Saved! Jesus has been kind to us and chosen all of us to be in this Region. I am honored to be a part of your lives.

Members of Adam team, I heart all of you! Watching you all dance for Jesus and putting all your sweat and blistered feet for souls, celebrating what Jesus has done for your lives. :) I am proud of everyone's bit of effort and I pray that God will expand us more, to contain more of that energy and compassion for the lost. (amen!)

Let us all QiGeBaGe press on for God and do the work of God and bring souls unto Christ! Haha, I am quite a Mommy's boy and I remember my inner spin-spin-heart-warming feelings when I saw my mom return home from her Thailand trip. What more Jesus and us(his children) when we see a lost brother/sister return back home after being lost for dunno-how-long! So let us press on more to bring back our long lost brothers and sisters in Christ back home to Papa Jesus!

I might sound crazy right now,
but I know that Jesus loves chuuu!

~Prayer~

A nice prayer to begin or close the day

Dear Lord, I thank You for this day. I thank You for my being able to see and to hear this morning. I'm blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for me and You keep on blessing me. Forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or
thought that was not pleasing to you..

I ask now for Your forgiveness. Please keep me safe from all danger and harm. Help me to start this day with a new attitude and plenty of
gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day to clear my mind so that I can hear from You. Please broaden my mind that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and whimper over things I have no control over. And It's the best response when I'm pushed beyond my limits. I know that when I can't pray, You listen to my heart. Continue to use me to do Your will. Continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others. Keep me strong that I may help the weak... Keep me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others. I pray for those that are Lost and can't find their way. I pray for those that are misjudged and
misunderstood. I pray for those who don't know You intimately. I pray For those that will delete this without sharing it with others. I pray For those that don't believe.

But I thank you that I believe. I believe that God changes people And God changes things. I pray for all my sisters and brothers. For each And every family member in their households. I pray for peace, love and Joy in their homes that they are out of debt and all their needs are met. I
pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. I pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees it.

Dedicated to Region D

Here’s to the crazy ones.
The misfits.
The rebels.
The troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes.
The ones who see things differently.
They’re not fond of rules.
And they have no respect for the status quo.
You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them.
And the only thing you can’t do is ignore them.
Because they change things.

They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire.
They push the human race forward.
Maybe they have to be crazy.

How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art?
Or sit in silence and hear a song that’s never been written?
Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels?

We make tools for these kinds of people.
While some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world,
are the ones who do.

Teaching Your Daughter Modesty and Responsible Consumerism

I also want women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God.
~ 1 Timothy 2: 9-10

The "guards" were heavily armed and ready to protect the bank from any "bad guys" that might wander in. Matthew (four years old at the time) stood on one side of the entrance to the bank lobby with a toy bow and arrow in ready position. On the other side of the door stood his friend Cameron, also four, with an impressive plastic sword drawn from its sheath. As I stood in line at the teller window, I noticed that all the bank patrons, relieved that they were in such capable hands, were looking on appreciatively at these self-appointed guards.
Then she walked in, a long-legged young woman in high heels, a formfitting miniskirt, and spaghetti-strap top. The young guards glanced at each other with eyes wide. The rest of the onlookers turned their heads back and forth between the little boys and the young woman as if watching a tennis match, eyeballing the woman, then the boys, then the woman again. As this scantily-clad bombshell strutted across the bank lobby, made an ATM transaction, and then strutted back out through the armed doors, I sensed that everyone in the lobby was holding their breath and wondering, What could those boys be thinking right now?

As soon as the door closed and the woman was out of earshot, Cameron satisfied everyone's curiosity as he leaned over to Matthew and loudly exclaimed, "The Bible warns about women like that!"

Of course, the entire bank erupted in laughter! The incident happened years ago, but it's no laughing matter that today we often see young women dressed more like stereotypical hookers than modest young women.

Here are two of the most valuable principles we can teach our daughters when it comes to how they dress:
You teach people how to treat you.
and
Whatever bait you use determines the type of fish you'll catch.
If a young woman dresses seductively, guys are likely going to treat her as if she wants to be seduced. She's going to get attention from lustful guys, not godly ones who want to guard themselves against sexual compromise. If we want our girls to be treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, we'll teach them to dress modestly. If we want to protect them from boys who are more interested in their bodies than in their minds, hearts, or spirits, we'll teach them to shop for clothes that present a passion for purity rather than a plea for attention.

I want to challenge you, the parent, to consider what you can do to help your daughter become a smart shopper who values modesty and responsible stewardship.

Who's in Charge?

On occasion when I speak to parents about encouraging our daughters to dress modestly, some will retort with statements like these:

• Wearing the latest fashions doesn't make my daughter less sexually pure. If we look at sexual purity in strictly a physical sense, then granted, a girl is no less a virgin if she wears immodest clothes. But as followers of Christ we are to pursue not just physical purity, but mental, emotional, and spiritual purity as well. Do you want your daughter dressing in such a way that boys flirt wit her and try desperately to get her attention? Do you want older guys noticing her? I believe that when parents let their twelve-year-old dress like she's twenty, they are not protecting her from vulnerability to unhealthy, premature relationships.

• I don't want to spend my hard-earned money on clothes that are going to just hang in the closet. If this is our mind-set as parents, we need to reconsider what we value most. Will we sell out our daughter's sense of modesty and her reputation so that she'll get more mileage out of what's hanging in her closet? While inappropriate clothes may get worn more often by an attention-seeking preteen, eventually a parent's hard-earned-money may have to go toward professional counseling to get her out of the relational messes she'll find herself in if she continues to dress provocatively.

• I can't control what clothes she wears. Funny how some parents say this about their preteen daughters, yet in truth, these same parents facilitate their daughters' bad choices by driving them to certain stores, whipping out the credit card to buy the clothes, and standing at the door when their daughters leave for school in the morning, wearing those clothes. Regardless of how powerless we may feel, we do have control over our daughters' wardrobe as long as they're living under our roofs. We simply have to be secure enough in our role as parents to exercise that control.

If you feel that your preteen daughter is calling the shots when it comes to what she wears, you may need to seek counsel for how to regain the parental control you've abdicated to her. Remember, the battles will only get more significant, and if she's accustomed to getting her way, you will certainly travel some bumpy roads ahead.

• But my daughter wants to wear what all of her friends are wearing. One of the most significant ways we can help our daughters is to teach them to lead rather than follow, especially when it comes to fashions. Think about it. If your daughter looks to others to determine what she should wear, she will be more likely to look to others to tell her what to do in other areas of her life. She will be more likely to follow the crowd into sexual compromise. Teach her to blaze her own trail through life -- one that will steer clear of the many pitfalls to sexual compromise.

• She doesn't even have breasts and hips yet, so I don't think she's turning any guys' heads by what she wears. News flash: your daughter may not have a rounded figure just yet, but guess what? That's only temporary. Better to prepare her for modesty in the near future by expecting it today, during her tweener years. In addition to teaching a sense of modesty we can also teach our daughters to value practicality and quality, as well as how to be responsible stewards of resources.

Taking Charge of Your Investments

It alarmed me when my daughter developed a hearty appetite for shopping when she was only eight years old. Anytime we went into a store, Erin felt she had to pick something out for herself, regardless of whether she needed anything or not. If I told her I didn't have the money for the purchase, she'd sometimes say, "But Mom, you can charge it on your credit card!" She had no concept that at the end of the month her father and I would have to pay the entire bill or we would start accruing interest on those purchases. Greg and I knew we were heading for trouble and that we needed to teach our daughter how to spend money wisely.

So when Erin turned nine, we started an annual tradition for back-to-school clothes shopping trips. We buy the basic updates she needs (new socks, underwear, and bigger shoes if necessary), but she has to make nonessential new clothes purchases from the cash we give her for those shopping excursions. We determine the amount of money she gets each year by multiplying her age times ten dollars, so when Erin was nine, she received ninety dollars. She could spend that money however she wanted, as long as her choices were modest. She could either buy one pair of jeans for forty-five dollars and one sweater for forty-five dollars from an upscale store and be done with her shopping trip, or she could shop in stores where clearance sales and bargain racks abound. Fortunately Erin proved to be no dummy when it came to math. She figured out quickly that she could get lots more bang for her buck by steering clear of brand names and posh department stores. That year she purchased two pairs of jeans, a dress with a jacket that could be worn with other things, two casual shirts, a sweater, and a pair of capri overalls with her ninety dollars. She was proud of her new clothes and her shopping savvy.

A pastor and his wife recently told me how they teach their children to appreciate the limited value of a dollar. As soon as their children are old enough to have a checking account, the parents begin depositing a set dollar amount each month. The kids are expected to tithe 10 percent off the top, and anytime they need something, it comes out of their own account. When they walk into Wal-Mart, they each grab a cart and go their separate ways. Mom purchases the family groceries and household items, but personal items such as makeup, toothpaste, hair-styling products, clothes, and school supplies come out of the child's own checking account. While Greg and I have not implemented this plan with our children yet, we do plan on asking the bank about the minimum age requirement on a checking account! What a great way to teach kids valuable skills, such as comparison shopping, budgeting, and accounting.

Make sure your daughter understands that money doesn't grow on trees. Teach her to discern her wants from her needs. As parents, we always want to provide for our kids' genuine needs, but when it comes to their wants, we must teach them moderation.

The Power of Responsible Consumerism

We also need to teach our girls responsible stewardship and consumerism. The money we have to spend doesn't really belong to us, but to God. He owns everything. Therefore tithing isn't a matter of how much of our money we are going to give to God, but how much of God's money we area going to keep for ourselves. I believe God blesses us financially so we can be a blessing to others. Tithing and charitable giving should not be options but regular acts of worship. The more money we spend on ourselves and our selfish desires (things we don't really need), the less we have to help those who truly are in need.

Because all of our money belongs to God and He entrusts it to us, I feel we have a responsibility to channel our resources in directions that honor Him. One day I had an incredible opportunity to teach my daughter this concept. We were shopping, and Erin found a T-shirt that she liked. It wasn't overpriced and was relatively modest, but I suggested we continue looking to see what else we could find. As we made our way toward the back of the store, we saw young girls looking through racks of shirts and bins of miscellaneous items, so we thought we might find some cool stuff there. Upon closer examination, I discovered that many of the shirts broadcast sexually graphic messages and the bins were filled with gag gifts such as "boob pasta" and "gummy penises." I wondered where the parents of these girls were, and if they knew their kids were rummaging through such things.

Trying to keep my cool, I walked back toward the front of the store, and Erin followed right behind. I asked her, "How much do you like this shirt you are wanting to buy?"

She replied, "Mom, I don't want the shirt that badly. I can find something better at a store we can feel good about. Come on, put the shirt back, and let's go." I breathed a prayer of gratitude that she and I were on the same page.

Unfortunately, many people don't make the connection between how we spend our money and the explosion of irresponsible sexual messages in retail stores. For example, many kids (and parents) know how offensive Abercrombie & Fitch catalogs and graphic window displays are, yet they are still regular patrons of the store. They say it's okay because they don't buy the really seductive clothing. However, they are fueling a business that is contributing to the moral decay in our country. If Christian consumers don't send the message loud and clear that they want clothes and companies that support their values, no one else will.

For years Calvin Klein has targeted young adults and teens with sexually provocative black-and-white advertisements. The company manufactures clothes, yet their models rarely have any on. They blatantly use sex to sell their products. I coach consumers of all ages, "I don't care how great their clothes look on you or how good their cologne smells, don't pour your dollars into Calvin Klein's pocket so he and his company can continue putting borderline-pornographic advertisements in kids' faces."

Again, we teach people how to treat us, and retailers are no different. If we reward them with our business, they are going to assume we like being bombarded with sexually inappropriate advertisements. We can turn the tide by channeling our dollars away from rather than into companies that use sex to sell their products.

Lessons That Last a Lifetime

As a parent, you may feel it's not worth the fight to try to control where your daughter shops, what clothes she buys, and what she leaves the house wearing. It seems so much easier just to give her the freedom to make her own choices and hope for the best.

The same could be said for many other parts of her life. It would be easier just to leave her alone and let her do her own thing rather than getting her out of bed, taking her back and forth to school every day, helping her with her homework, and attending teacher conferences. Why do you make education a priority? Not just because it's the law, but also because you want the very best for her and you know a good education will take her where she dreams of going in life. It may seem easier to let your daughter do whatever she wants on Sunday rather than dragging her to Sunday school and church every weekend. Why do you make church activities a priority? Because you want her to develop a strong spiritual life and enjoy an intimate walk with the Lord.

Are values of modesty and responsible stewardship any less desirable? Of course not. Since you are reading this book, I know you want to develop the strongest character possible in your daughter. You want her to have a sense of pride in how she presents herself to others, to enjoy the respect of peers and adults, and to attract like-minded friends and a healthy, future romantic relationship.

Every struggle you may experience along the way toward instilling these values is worth the fight. Every ounce of energy you pour into encouraging these concepts is a worthy investment. These lessons on modesty and responsible stewardship will guide your daughter not just through puberty and her upcoming teenage years but also throughout her lifetime.

PRATA.

Roti prata, the Singaporean counterpart to Malaysia's roti canai, is a pancake made of dough composed of fat, egg, flour and water and prepared specially similarly to roti canai. It is served with curry or, more rarely, with sugar or condensed milk. In addition, although consumed at any time of the day by some locals, the vast majority tend to consume it as a late night or early morning dish, particularly at 24-hour outlets.

The dish has evolved somewhat differently in Singapore and in Malaysia. In Singapore, economic affluence and cultural influences have created variations reflective of the cosmopolitan character of the city. For instance, it is common to find outlets serving roti with flavourings as varied as garlic, banana, chocolate, durian and cheese, the latter of which is common in Singapore, but less so in Malaysia. Also, roti prata variations are more likely to be known by names such as cheese prata or onion prata rather than with a roti prefix, and mostly in the English language.

Some of the most famous outlets in Singapore include those located at Jalan Kayu, Upper Thomson Road and Clementi Road near the National University of Singapore. The roti prata chain "The Best Prata Shop" has outlets all over Singapore.

Farts 101.

Recently there's been like very little posts coming up, so decided to research on this topic.
Yes, farts.
All you want to know about them.
Took this from the internet anyway, FYI.

Did you know?
  • A scientific name for a fart is flatus or flatulence
  • On the average, a healthy person farts 16 times a day.
  • Animals fart too. Cats, dogs, and cows. Elephants fart the most.
  • People fart the most in their sleep.
  • Farts that contain a large amount of methane & hydrogen can be flammable.

The Science Of Farting
Ever wondered what the word "fart" stands for?
It actually stands for Frequency Actuated Rectal Tremor.
Farting is the act of passing intestinal gas from the anus. Intestinal gas comes from several sources :
Air we swallow,
Gas that seeps into our intestines from our blood,
Gas produced by chemical reactions in our guts,
And gas produced by bacteria living in our guts.
(You know, all the cheem cheem biology stuff lah.)
And bytheway, burps are not farts that come out your mouth. They have to do with your stomach.

Finding The Farter

"Whoever smelt it, dealt it."
Wrong, usually the person who farted the fart probably smells it last because the fart is propelled away from the body in the opposite direction of the farter's nose. Unless the fart happens to be upwind. (Gross.)

The Sound Of Farting
The sound of a fart is caused by the vibrations of the anal opening. The sound of your fart depends on the speed of the fart leaving your body and the tightness of the sphincter muscles of your anus. (Double gross, but thought maybe you wanted to know why some farts are loud.)

Famous Fart Food
The most famous farting food is the bean. What is it about these little things that cause such a stink?
Beans contain sugars that we can't digest. When these sugars make it to our intestines, the bacteria go berserk, start feasting and make loads of gas. Other foods that are great for making you fart are broccoli, cabbage, raw apples, milk and raisins.
(Ahhh. So people who fart alot, please stop eating all these.)

Anyway got my source from here,
Hahahahaha. Im super bored lah, dont blame me for researching on this.
Oh oh oh oh oh.
And anybody want to organise another Kbox outing :D ?
Hahaha. After O's, of course.

Yes, I am still awake. And I just want to announce that I'm watching this anime, Bleach, and it is real cool! Much better than long winded Naruto but Avatar still owns everything. Bleach is second cool I guess. I don't know how you care about this but yea, this is the second opening song and I kinda like it, its all cool and stuff.

I ate nasi lemak for breakfast. And that my friends, is indulgence. Yum.
Now all I want is Teh Tarek.

That's Cool! (Chapter One: Supernaturale)

Hello people, I was kinda bored and I thought I would start up a 'blog programe' where I would share with you guys some Cool! websites I regular. So, leave comments if you think it is Cool! or not.

Today's Cool! website is...
Supernaturale @ www.supernaturale.com

This website is the work of a design team, Flat; it features news, interviews and articles done by mainly under the new Do-it-yourself culture. In it resides many interesting ideas: How you can self-improve the look of your room, make your own tees, make your own wine, and even making a working cardboard chair! And much more!

I, myself, enjoy checking out this website, well, that's cause I am quite interested in interior decor stuff. The products they feature insides are indeed very eclectic, unusual and of course, wickedly Cool! My favourite is its Moss Grafitti article, it teaches you how to makes, yes people, a LIVING MOSS GRAFITTI. HOW Cool! IS THAT?!?

Enjoy. :)

You Must Have Heard Of Him...

Hi everybody! Meet Preston Pan.
He is our newborn cousin! Gladys named him herself! I liked Travis but... oh well. Even though I have not interacted with him or carried him yet (I saw his eyes open though! super cute!) I already feel as if he is like my little brother that I never had; Gladys herself also feels a strong attachment to him, she has been talking a lot about him lately. Hahaha. :)

Preston is a brave boy, hardly two weeks old and he has already gone through 4 operations. Praise God, all the operations have been successful. You see, baby Preston has a heart condition and blood is not well-circulated in his body, especially his brain. The family (my uncle) is still unsaved but I believe that God will reveal Himself in the midst of darkness and use Preston's life to break through their walls of unbelief. Amen!

You must be wondering why I blogged all this. Well, I am sharing a part of my family's life here on WTBA (QI GE BA GE!) as I feel that Region D is like my family, and I wanted my fellow brothers and sisters to share the burden for baby Preston life, along with Gladys and I. Let's all pray together for total, complete healing to come upon his life and for my unsaved family (parents and mom's side) to experience the power of Jesus our Saviour! Qi Ge Ba Ge, we claim this testimony together okay??? :)

I lurrrve you all, Qi Ge Ba Ge, very bery much.
(And yes, Preston too. And yes, my Soh family too. And...)

POTTY ROCKERS!!!

Hey Potty Rockers of Tao Payoh Net!
I'm superly duperly proud of ya'll for the great job done at the Potty Race. Although there were some naughty late bunnies *glare*, but hey we did it...AS A NET! From conceptualising, to preparing props, to invitations (Street-E & Fasting *glares at those who didn't fast*)

YA'LL RAWK PoTTiEsssss!!!!

I will once again congratulate the PootPoot team, praising Felice's good dice throwing.
I think Power Rangers were close behind...or was it the Power Puff Girls' team...hmmm....
In case some of ya'll haven't been clued in on what these fantasticos did... we came up with a human-size board game. The aim of which is to get to Heaven where the pot of gold awaits. That's where the HEaven & Hell sharing came in.

In between we had money, junk food, brushing of teeth, exchanging of pink girly shoes and captain-underpants by our man Jared! Do not be fooled by his quiet exterior, he is a one-man-entertainment-show when he gets into character! He wore a shower cap, disposable undie and pink towel to do the care-bear shine with every team. Ya'll can get the lo-down from the rest of Tao Payoh Net. We have everything on video.

But once again Potty Net... don't forget...we're a net, and every single thread of you is impt to hold the fish in...so if one of u misses out, it'll create a hole for fishes to swim out. So Potty Netters.... as well as the entire region, lets concentrate now on consolidating what we have ya!

Get out of ur comfort zones Reg 7/8! Go FISH!
